On Saturday, July 22, 2000 many of our classmates met at the Riverside Victoria Club to discuss our 20 year high school reunion. We had a great turnout for our reunion meeting with the following attendees: Pam Maxwell, Ted Weggelend, Steve Lech, Kathy (Gatherum) Lucker, Robert Hain, Donanne (Mohlstrom) Kasikci, Jim Nelson, Teresa (Napoli) Williamson, Mike Williamson, Michelle (Pianalto) Lee, Sara (Wilson) Reikes, and Mary Jane Flores Barger. Thanks so much to all of you who attended and drove the long distance to just to be there. It was also a nice surprise to have Teresa and Mike Williamson (now Georgia residents) join us while they happened to be in Riverside visiting family. It was great seeing all of you!

We accomplished much and received a great tour of the Victoria Club from Ted Weggelend and of the Mission Inn from Steve Lech who knew its complete history. Upon arriving at the Mission Inn, Ted treated us to a delicious lunch. The expedition below the Mission Inn to see the catacombs was enjoyable as well. Thanks Ted and Steve. After much discussion, the majority voted in favor of taking on the reunion tasks ourselves instead of hiring a reunion company. We divided up the tasks amongst us and will be working diligently to make this a fun and memorable 20 year reunion. After discussing the issues with both locations we unanimously decided to have our 20-year high school reunion on June 30, 2001 at the Victoria Club. You will be pleased! It is so beautiful inside with a spectacular view of the golf course.
